Your account

We keep your name, email, company, phone and GST details, your API keys (stored hashed), your usage and your payments, to run your account, bill you and help you.

Your clients' data

• Birth details and questions you or your booking page send us are used only to compute charts and prepare that client's documents and sessions.
• Client names, email addresses and phone numbers are used only to send the mails you asked for, in your name.
• Documents and the client's personal details are deleted after the download period (about three months).
• We do not record video calls and keep no sound or picture from them. The astrologer may record a session to their own computer; the client sees a Recording notice while it is on.
• If the astrologer switches on Transcript, each person's own browser turns their words into text (Chrome and Edge use their maker's speech service for this); we keep only the text, for the session summary, and delete it with the documents. The client sees "Transcript on".
• We never contact your clients for ourselves and never sell or share their data.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store card details.

Cookies

The public website sets no tracking cookies. The dashboard keeps your login in your browser.
