Weekly hours, holidays, gaps between sessions, how far ahead clients can book and the most sessions in a day. Times shown in each person's own time zone.
The video room
One-to-one video, sound, screen sharing, chat, captions and recording to the astrologer's computer. Each side has its own private link; it does not open for anyone else.
Session summary
Switch on Transcript in the call and mark the important moments. After the session you get a summary of the topics, the client's questions, your guidance, remedies and the running dasha, to edit and share by link or PDF.

The presentation and the client's PDF, made when the astrologer asks, with their own reading and remedies worked in.
One booking, start to finish

Two ways to take bookings
The ready booking page
For astrologers without a developer. Clients pay you directly; you confirm in the dashboard. Share the link or paste it into your site.
Your own booking system
For developers. Show open times, hold, take payment on your site, confirm. Webhooks tell you every change.
Questions
Does the client need Zoom or an app?
No. The video room runs on our own servers and opens in the browser from your website. Chrome, Safari and Edge on phones and computers.
When can we join?
The room opens 15 minutes before the start and stays open 15 minutes after the planned end.
Can a session be moved?
Yes, up to 3 times, to another open time. The same links keep working and both sides get a mail.
What if the client does not come?
The session is marked as a no-show and you are told.
Can I record the session?
Yes. The astrologer presses Record and the session (both cameras, the shared screen and both voices) is saved as a video file on the astrologer's own computer. The client sees that it is being recorded. Nothing is kept on our servers.
What can we do in the room?
Video and sound, screen sharing (a screen, a window or a browser tab with its sound), chat, choosing the microphone, camera and speaker, full screen and a timer. It reconnects by itself if the internet drops.
